Renova Investments is a Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions and Development Company currently in the research and planning phase for the development of Manufactured Home Estate Communities, Public Storage and RV and Boat Storage Facilities.

Renova Investments is targeting two distinct demographic markets in Southern California.

The first, are those residents in the 55+ age bracket who want to pull the equity out of their current homes to help fund their retirement, downsize into a more affordable home, yet still enjoy the Southern California lifestyle.

The second, are first time home buyers in need of affordable housing who currently are locked out of the real estate market in Southern California because of the high entry threshold required for traditional “site built” homes.

Both groups will most likely require Public Storage and/or RV and Boat Storage Facilities as smaller homes and home sites lack the space needed to store all of their possessions.

While continuing our research and planning for the development of the Manufactured Home Estate Communities, Public Storage and RV and Boat Storage Facilities, Renova Investments is also actively searching for opportunities to acquire Commercial Real Estate that can be turned around quickly to generate positive cash flows for our investors.
